1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customers of the peopallid.ee online store (hereinafter the “Customer”) and the owner of peopallid.ee, BIGHT MASK OÜ (hereinafter “PEOPALLID.EE”).
1.2. The owner of the online store is BIGHT MASK OÜ (registry code: 17436960, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Ravi tn 2, 10134),

1.3. An order submitted by the Customer constitutes a contract of sale. PEOPALLID.EE reserves the right to cancel an order if necessary.
1.4. PEOPALLID.EE reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement these Terms and the price list. Amendments and supplements to the Terms and the price list enter into force from the moment the said information appears on the website www.peopallid.ee. If the Customer submitted their order before the amendments to the Terms entered into force, the Terms in force at the time of submitting the order apply to the Customer, unless otherwise provided by law or these Terms.
1.5. By placing an order and making a prepayment in the PEOPALLID.EE online store, the Customer confirms that they have read the Terms and agree to them.
2. DELIVERY METHODS
2.1. The Customer may choose between the following delivery methods:
– FREE collection of goods from our PEOPALLID.EE salon during opening hours Mon–Sat 10:00–18:00, Sun 10:00–15:00.
– collection from a Cargobus, Itella or Omniva parcel locker (except helium-filled balloons).
– courier delivery to the address indicated by the Customer Mon–Sun 10:00–21:00 (within Tallinn; courier (Peetri, Tabasalu, Kakumäe, Tiskre, Viimsi).
2.2. The PEOPALLID.EE salon reserves the right to change the delivery methods.
3. GOODS AND SERVICES
3.1. Goods and services – all goods and services presented in the www.peopallid.ee online store. The website may contain product images of an illustrative nature.
4. PRICE LIST
4.1. The prices of the products sold in the PEOPALLID.EE online store are indicated next to the products.
4.2. The prices of the products sold in the PEOPALLID.EE online store are quoted in euros and include VAT.
4.3. The delivery cost of the goods depends on the delivery method chosen by the Customer when placing the order.
4.4. PEOPALLID.EE reserves the right to adjust prices, postage and the cost of other additional services. If the Customer submitted their order before the price changes entered into force, the price reflected on the prepayment invoice at the moment of placing the order applies to the Customer.
5. PLACING ORDERS
5.1. To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place an order, the required data fields must be completed and a suitable delivery method selected. Thereafter the amount payable is displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution. A service fee may be added to the order amount in accordance with the agreement concluded between the Customer and the issuer of the bank or credit card.
5.2. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount payable to the PEOPALLID.EE bank account.
5.3. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer is notified at the earliest opportunity and the paid money (including the delivery costs) is refunded, as a rule, within 3 working days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 working days.
6. COLLECTION OF ORDERS
6.1. PEOPALLID.EE salon – goods are released to the Customer upon presentation of an identity document and the order number. In the absence of an identity document, PEOPALLID.EE may refuse to release the goods.
7. DELIVERY
7.1. Collection of goods from a parcel locker (except helium balloons):
7.1.1. When goods are delivered to the Itella or Omniva parcel locker chosen by the Customer, a delivery fee of EUR 4.99 is added to the price of the goods.
7.1.2. The ordered goods are dispatched no later than within three working days after receipt of payment. The goods are assembled according to their availability at the PEOPALLID.EE salon.
7.1.3. The Customer is notified of the arrival of the goods at the parcel locker by an SMS message containing a unique door code for opening the parcel locker.
7.1.4. If the Customer has not collected the goods from the parcel locker by the end of the storage period, PEOPALLID.EE deems the Customer to have abandoned the order and refunds the purchase amount (excluding delivery costs) to the Customer without delay, but no later than within 14 calendar days, to the same bank account from which the purchase was paid.
7.1.5. Domestic (within Estonia) shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3 working days from the entry into force of the contract of sale. PEOPALLID.EE is not liable for delays in the delivery of products if the products have been handed over to logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is caused by circumstances that PEOPALLID.EE could not influence or foresee.
7.1.6. PEOPALLID.EE is not liable for damage incurred by the Customer if, for reasons not attributable to PEOPALLID.EE, third parties have obtained possession of the unique parcel locker code and collected the goods on the basis thereof.
7.2. Collection of goods by courier (including helium-filled balloons):
7.2.1. To receive products by courier at the desired address, a time window must be written in the comments when placing the order, the address must be specified and “Courier in Tallinn” or “Courier (Peetri, Tabasalu, Kakumäe, Tiskre, Viimsi)” must be selected.
7.2.2. When courier delivery is chosen, a delivery fee is added to the price of the goods, the amount of which depends on the Customer’s location and is displayed when placing the order.
7.2.3. Depending on the Customer’s wish, perishable goods such as helium-filled balloons are delivered on the same day within 2 hours (during Mon–Sun 10:00–21:00) after payment is received on the PEOPALLID.EE bank account.
8. RETURN OF GOODS, WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND REFUNDS
8.1. Goods ordered from the online store – all goods except helium-filled balloons.
8.2. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.
8.3. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to return the goods to PEOPALLID.EE no later than within 14 days.
8.4. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal if the goods are unused and undamaged. The direct costs related to the return are borne by the Customer. The goods must be returned in their original transport packaging.
8.5. Goods to be returned (except helium-filled balloons) must be unused and undamaged. The Customer has the right to examine the goods in a manner permitted in an ordinary shop, and the Customer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by using the goods in a manner other than that described above.
8.6. If the Customer has withdrawn from the transaction, PEOPALLID.EE refunds the purchase amount to the Customer no later than within 14 calendar days of the withdrawal notice reaching PEOPALLID.EE. The refund is made to the same bank account from which the purchase was paid.
8.7. If the goods to be returned have deteriorated, the Customer is liable for the decrease in value caused by the use of the goods. If the Customer has caused the deterioration of the goods to be returned, PEOPALLID.EE has the right to demand compensation from the Customer for the decrease in value caused by the use of the goods.
8.8. PEOPALLID.EE has the right to refuse to refund the purchase amount if the goods in question are perishable (e.g. filled balloons).
9. INSPECTION OF GOODS
9.1. On receiving the goods, the Customer must inspect their condition. In the case of defects, PEOPALLID.EE must be informed immediately by telephone (+372) 53 44 29 21 or by e-mail at info@peopallid.ee, photographing the goods if possible;
9.2. If, on receiving the goods, the Customer discovers that the wrong or defective goods have been sent to them, or that the goods have not reached the Customer in good condition and in sealed packaging, PEOPALLID.EE must be notified immediately.
9.3. If the Customer has damaged the packaging through negligence, i.e. the product packaging could have been opened without damaging it, PEOPALLID.EE has the right to demand compensation for the damage caused when returning the goods.
9.4. PEOPALLID.EE is liable for the goods purchased by the Customer during their transport. From the moment of receipt of the goods, the risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the Customer.
10. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
10.1. PEOPALLID.EE is liable to the Customer for damage caused by a breach of these Terms in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
10.2. The Customer is liable to PEOPALLID.EE for damage caused by a breach of these Terms in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
10.3. Neither party is liable to the other party, and its conduct is not deemed to be a breach of these Terms for delaying or failing to perform any of its obligations, if the reason for such delay or failure was not under the control of that party (force majeure).
10.4. PEOPALLID.EE does not compensate moral damage that may be caused to the Customer by changes to delivery times, prices and other terms within the framework of these Terms. PEOPALLID.EE does not compensate the Customer for unused opportunities arising as a result of changes to delivery times, prices and other terms.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1. If the Customer has claims regarding the online store, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@peopallid.ee or by calling (+372) 53 44 29 21.
11.2. If the Customer and PEOPALLID.EE are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Customer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
